Earlier this week I was put in touch with one of your technicians, Chris Stone, and talked to him on the phone. He was able to accurately describe my problem via phone and told me, at the moment, it didn't look like he needed to come out because the unit was still cooling the house. If there was a problem, he could come out on a weekday and save me $50. I was super appreciative of his honesty and willingness to save my family some money. Later in the week though, the unit stopped functioning properly so I called Chris back directly. He said he'd get someone out, but I requested him personally since I knew he'd shoot straight with me. He called the central office, worked it out to where he could come, and did the next day. He not only fixed my unit, but had the wherewithal and conscientiousness to find out if the parts on my unit were under warranty. They were, and he saved me another $300. All in all, I paid $350 less because of his expertise, and now my house is feeling nice and cool. I'm very appreciative and will be calling back in the future . . . requesting Chris by name. Thanks.

These people went the extra mile-and drove back to Chattanooga and provided a window unit to keep us comfortable while the new system was being installed. Fantastic experience.

Your technicians arrived at 9am as promised. I remember Mike's name but unfortunately I have forgotten the other technicians name. I was very pleased with the job they did. I was interested in what they were doing but tried to stay out of their way. The job was completed by 4:30. The units are very quiet such that I had to get close to them to tell that they were working. Thanks for selling good equipment and providing a professional installation of it.

John & Stewart completed the installation of a new Amana heating and air system at my home and I could not have been more pleased. I watched them very closely and I saw nothing that I felt was corner cutting, in fact just the opposite. John & Stewart are truly craftsmen and are the kind of people I would want representing my company.

Mr. Brown's team was wonderful. We recently purchased this house, it is our first house with a heat pump and we were not sure if the unit was the correct size. They spent a lot of time checking out duct size, added an air return in the basement and made the system as efficient as it can be without tearing up walls and duct work. We are very pleased with their overall service and team.
